6. Energy saving low carbon material module solution
1) New low carbon functional materials

Biodegradable materials and their alloys (starch, PLA) can be used, and the packaging or non structural parts of electrical appliances can be used; Natural fiber reinforced material (PP) can be used to replace glass fiber reinforced material; Ps/abs/pa can be replaced by polypropylene with high heat resistance, weather resistance and rigidity, such as PS framework of air conditioner. This is mainly because the carbon emission index of polypropylene is the lowest (1.95) among the modified plastics used in household appliances. The development trend of polypropylene composite low carbon can reduce the cost.
2) Energy saving and noise reduction functional materials
Thermoplastic elastomer materials (pvc/tpv/tpe, etc.) are used for sealing and shock absorption of household appliance components;
